Our mission

To build a novel software application called MMOP (My Mobile Office Pal), designed by clinicians for clinicians, that will transform the way they perform diagnosis and prognosis tasks for their patients. It complements the expertise of the clinician, making it easier to notice details that could normally be overlooked.

Our vision

To ensure our products always provide technical solutions — analytical tools that remain current in the practice of medicine and are engineered to evolve, scale and stay relevant in the ever-changing landscape of IT-enabled medical service delivery.

First Healthcare Analytics LLC is a startup in the prototype phase of its software development life cycle. We believe there is high demand for what we're building, in the U.S. market and globally.

With MMOP, our smart decision support model with hybrid data mining and artificial intelligence capabilities, we aim to bridge the time gap clinicians face — adding productivity and quality gains to their workflow and value stream processes.

Dr. Joseph Bankole Thompson

Chief Medical Innovator · Managing Partner

A global strategist and entrepreneur active in human development, health and wellbeing projects. He holds advanced degrees in medicine and science from the University of Michigan, and has worked in basic science teaching, molecular pharmacology research, graduate medical education, private practice and acute care medicine.

He has spent much of his career teaching physicians in post-graduate training, medical students and allied health trainees — including obstetric and pharmacy disciplines — in complex multi-disciplinary settings.

He lives in Michigan with his family, serves on the Commission of Ministries of the Episcopal Diocese of Michigan, and actively practices Acute Care Medicine.

John Abu Davies

Chief Operating Officer · Managing Partner

He holds a Master of Science in Economics from Europe and served as a Development Finance Officer with a subsidiary of the African Development Bank in Sierra Leone, helping businesses secure small business loans, building financial models to analyze acquisitions and organizing long-range plans for bank clients.

Since immigrating to the U.S. in 1985, he has worked as a Community Development Loan Officer for Valley Community Development Bank Corp in Western Massachusetts, then in IT as a systems and data analyst, project/product manager and federal contractor for the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Social Security Administration, as well as T. Rowe Price and the University of Maryland, College Park.

He holds an MS in Information and Telecommunication Systems for Business from Johns Hopkins University, and lives in Maryland with his wife.

Ansumana Bangura

Chief Executive Officer · Managing Partner

A prominent Sierra Leonean-American businessman and entrepreneur, he founded Globalink Sierra Leone, which brought fiber optics to Sierra Leone through the ACE (Africa Coast to Europe) consortium. He holds a degree in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Kent State University and an MBA in Finance from Atlanta University.

After working at MetLife, he founded Eneni's Garden, a floral retail, wholesale and internet business that is still thriving, and later Alpha Home Medical in Atlanta, which provided home health products across the Southeastern U.S. until its sale in 2015.

He also serves as Chief Business and Marketing Officer at FHA, and lives in Atlanta with his family.
